6 - cups grated (manual or machine processed) whole carrots
2 - 20 oz cans of crushed pineapple or fresh either way is ok
1 1/2 cups of bread flour (only) thats it.
1 cup of ground flax seed
1 cup of chia seeds (alternative for 4 eggs) eggs are ok too.
1 cup of raisin or goji berries
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of chopped fresh walnuts
4 - teaspoons of fresh ground cinnamon
2 - teaspoons of real vanilla extract
2 - teaspoons of sea salt
1 - teaspoon of baking powder
1 - tablespoon of baking yeast
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of coconut oil *you can use just one or the other, with a total of 1 cup oil.

In largest bowl mix all these ingredients first - carrots, raisin or goji berries, pineapple, chia seeds , brown sugar, walnuts, vanilla extract, cinnamon and oils all into one very large bowl. Start mixing with a fork to get all ingredients blended well as you add your the ingredients.
